This course integrates field practice and seminar to support students in deepening and demonstrating professionalism in Early Childhood Education. Through observation and pedagogical documentation, students interpret children`s experiences, inform planning, and make learning visible. Ongoing critical reflection supports the analysis and refinement of pedagogical approaches, with connections to theory guiding responsive and inclusive practice. Collaborative dialogue and professional inquiry further develop students` ability to navigate complex situations, with an emphasis on ethical decision-making, intentional practice, and increasing professional responsibility.
